Ingredients
- 4 Tbls peanut butter (creamy, unsalted)
- 4 Tbls tahini
- 4 Tbls light or chicpea miso
- 2 tsp peeled, grated ginger
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
Equipment
- Medium mixing bowl (with lid)
- Zester/grater for ginger (I LOVE this gadget!)
- Cutting board and knife for ginger
Instructions
- Peel and grate the ginger.
- Put peanut butter, tahini, miso, and ginger in a bow. Choose a bowl that is large enough so that everything won't slop all over while you're mixing. If it has a lid, then you can store any leftovers in the same dish (unless fridge real estate is at a premium... then you can transfer to smaller dish with lid).
- Add the hot water a little bit at a time and stir. Keep adding water until you get the consistency you desire.
