All-ways Delicious!

Pour it over rice & veggies!

Toss it in a stirfry!

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbls peanut butter (creamy, unsalted)
  • 4 Tbls tahini
  • 4 Tbls light or chicpea miso
  • 2 tsp peeled, grated ginger
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water

Equipment

  • Medium mixing bowl (with lid)
  • Zester/grater for ginger (I LOVE this gadget!)
  • Cutting board and knife for ginger

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the ginger.
  2. Put peanut butter, tahini, miso, and ginger in a bow. Choose a bowl that is large enough so that everything won't slop all over while you're mixing. If it has a lid, then you can store any leftovers in the same dish (unless fridge real estate is at a premium... then you can transfer to smaller dish with lid).
  3. Add the hot water a little bit at a time and stir. Keep adding water until you get the consistency you desire.
