Ingredients
- 1 lb burger
- 32 oz beef broth
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbls dried parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp each: garlic salt, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper
- Potatoes, onion, carrots, corn, green beans
Equipment
- Large skillet or sauce pan
- Medium bowl
- Slowcooker
- Whisk, sturdy wooden spoon
Instructions
- Brown the burger, drain, and set aside in bowl.
- Over low flame, whisk together the broth, tomato paste, and worcestershire sauce. Pour into slowcooker.
- Add burger and remaining ingredients.
- Cook all damn day, and enjoy. 🙂
- (If you use any frozen veggies, add those just 30 minutes before serving.)
